Rotomolded Insulated Cooler Box

Built using rotational molding with double-wall construction and injected polyurethane foam insulation, our coolers deliver superior ice retention of up to 5–7 days. Unlike injection-molded coolers assembled from two halves, our rotomolded coolers are formed as a single seamless shell — no bond lines, no weld seams.

Shell MaterialLLDPE — food-safe, UV-stabilized
InsulationInjected PU foam, 50–70 mm thickness
Wall Thickness18–25 mm total (shell + foam core)

Where the Ice Retention Comes From

Ice retention of 5–7 days at 30°C ambient is a result of how the box is built, not of a coating applied afterwards. The shell is rotomolded as one seamless piece of food-safe, UV-stabilized LLDPE, so there is no bond line between two halves for heat to travel through and no glued seam to fail under impact. The cavity between the walls is filled with injected polyurethane foam on our own line rather than fitted with a slide-in insert, which is why capacity can move across the 20L–150L range, or to a custom volume, without changing supplier. Color is matched to RAL or Pantone and logos are embossed into the mold, so branding weathers at the same rate as the shell.
