Rotational molding is inherently suited to custom, low-to-medium volume production. Tooling costs are a fraction of injection molding, the process accommodates complex hollow geometries, and wall thickness adjustments can be made without building a new mold. Luban provides a complete OEM service: design consultation, CAD modeling support, in-house mold manufacturing, sampling, production, secondary operations, and export packaging.
